Refunds & Returns
If you’ve changed your mind about keeping your purchase, please return it in its original condition with proof of purchase and we’ll exchange or refund it.
Unless faulty, this should be within 30 days of receiving your order. By original condition, we’d expect this to mean that you’ve kept packaging and labels, and that the item is undamaged and unused.
Once returned, we’ll refund the person who originally placed and paid for the order. When returning your item, the way you originally paid will determine how we refund you.
In the first instance, Get In Touch With Us to process your refund.

Our grading system
Occasionally we will have new equipment available from overstock. All new items will be advertised as such.
A-Grade equipment is fully operational and provided with our 12 month warranty. This has been fully refurbished and cleaned. As used equipment, there may be small signs of use such as keyboard wear or small scratches/scuffs on the plastics/casing.
Some of our products will be listed as B-Grade, these are fully operational and are provided with our 12 month warranty. These have been fully refurbished and cleaned. These items would show more signs of wear and could have:
- Multiple scratches/scuffs to the casing
- Signs of heavier wear on the palm rest or keyboard
- Screen bruising
- May have scratches / marks on screen, however this will not affect performance
- Rubber feet maybe missing
- Can’t guarantee all blanking plates will be with PCs
These are all cosmetic issues and in no way affect the operation of the equipment.
